Our Glenbrook team is thrilled to announce some fantastic new coming amenities to our community that are designed to enhance your living experience at Glenbrook Estates! We are in the process of obtaining permits to construct the following:

• A State-of-the-Art Fitness Center – Fully equipped to support your health and fitness goals. This new facility will be replacing the existing tennis court.
• A Dedicated Workstation Area – Perfect for remote work or studying in a comfortable and quiet environment.
• Bike Storage – A secure area for storing your bicycles, making it easier than ever to explore our beautiful surroundings.
• Package Storage Area ( Located along side the existing office ) – A safe and convenient place to pick up your deliveries at your convenience.

The work on these new amenities is set to begin shortly. We will keep you updated, and cannot wait to share them with you

While construction is underway on these exciting additions, we will be shutting down the tennis court area and constructing temporary fencing to cordon off the work area. The pool will remain open this season for your enjoyment.

We will be adding two temporary grills to the exterior of the patio area for your summer grilling needs. The grills should be ready for use shortly.

We are committed to continually improving our community and providing spaces that offer both functionality and enjoyment for all residents.

Please join us for a special resident appreciation event!

5pm-7pm on Thursday, August 1, Sal’s Pizza Truck will be set up at the Glenbrook Estates visitor parking lot with complimentary pizzas for you, our treasured tenants!

You will have a choice of one topping from these three: cheese, veggies, or BBQ chicken. You’ll choose your toppings when you pick up your pizzas. Complimentary cookies, popcorn, and sodas will also be available.

Only tenants who RSVP will have pizzas reserved for them. You must RSVP by 4pm on Monday, July 29 to reserve your pizza(s).

You can RSVP by calling the office, or signing up using the sign-up sheets we will display at the pool. When you RSVP, please provide your name, unit number (for example, 23B), and the number of pizzas you’re requesting.

We held our 1st resident Yoga/stretching class last week and it was a refreshing start to the day for all who attended.  Residents enjoyed a peaceful, serene, and uplifting morning, poolside, with our certified Yoga instructor, Michaela Schelzi.

Glenbrook Yoga offers a space where residents can come together to try something new, meet their neighbors, and start their day off right. Complimentary gift bags and ice cold waters were handed out to all attendees.  If you haven’t done Yoga, we suggest you give it try.  All skill levels are welcome.  The next complimentary class will be announced soon.  Please call the Leasing Office if you are interested in joining!

GlenBrook Estates will be offering an online rent payment service on or before November 1, 2017.  Residents will have the option of paying online with a debit card, credit card, ACH, or ECheck.  Residents can sign up for recurring monthly payments so that their rent is paid on time every month.  Additional information will be sent out in the coming weeks on how to sign up.  We look forward to offering this “SMARTPAY” service to our residents in an effort to make their rental experience as seamless & efficient as possible.

Dear Residents:

The Pool is NOW OPEN for your summertime enjoyment.  Please do not bring any glass into the pool area and be sure to supervise your children at all times as their is “No Lifeguard” on duty.  The chairs and tables are provided for your enjoyment; please bring your own towels.  And please keep the area as neat and clean as possible.  If you notice any bad behavior please report it to the Management Office.
