PAY YOUR RENT ONLINE WITH CLICKPAY, AVAILABLE NOW!!!

We are happy to provide a new fast and convenient way for you to make your rent payments online through our provider, CLICK PAY.  We invite you to create an account with CLICKPAY and begin making automatic recurring or one-time monthly payments online.  Payments can be made online by e-check (ACH)  from a bank account for FREE and by major credit or debit card for a fee.  rent is due on or before the 1st of every month.  Late fees will apply after the 30th.

GlenBrook Estates will be offering an online rent payment service on or before November 1, 2017.  Residents will have the option of paying online with a debit card, credit card, ACH, or ECheck.  Residents can sign up for recurring monthly payments so that their rent is paid on time every month.  Additional information will be sent out in the coming weeks on how to sign up.  We look forward to offering this “SMARTPAY” service to our residents in an effort to make their rental experience as seamless & efficient as possible.

Pool is OPEN for the Summer Season!!!

Dear Residents:

 

The Pool is NOW OPEN for your summertime enjoyment.  Please do not bring any glass into the pool area and be sure to supervise your children at all times as their is “No Lifeguard” on duty.  The chairs and tables are provided for your enjoyment; please bring your own towels.  And please keep the area as neat and clean as possible.  If you notice any bad behavior please report it to the Management Office.

Glenbrook Pool Opening!

Dear Residents:

We will be opening the swimming pool this afternoon.   With the warm temperatures we are expecting, we hope you enjoy your time at the pool!

As a reminder, please be sure children are supervised at all times.  Food and glass items are not allowed in the pool area (plastic is acceptable).  The pool hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.  No more than four guests per apartment are allowed.

Winter Snow Procedures

With the winter weather upon us, please be reminded to use caution when entering or exiting your building, especially the back entryways, as there may be ice dams. While we try to clear all ice and snow as quickly as possible, it is important to wear solid footwear and to report any icy/slippery stairs and walkways to the office as soon as possible.
For those who will be away for an extended period of time during the winter months, please be sure to let our office know when you are leaving and when you will return, so we can check on your unit, if necessary. While you are away, be sure to leave your heat at or above 58 degrees. For tenants residing in ground level units, please leave your kitchen faucet at a trickle (both hot and cold) when temperatures are 32 degrees or lower, in an effort to keep pipes from freezing.

Resident Referral Program

Dear Residents:

Any resident referral approved through our system and resulting in a signed lease agreement between now and January 1, 2016 will be rewarded with $500.00! Please make sure that the referred tenant mentions your name when they come to view an apartment unit.

Pool Rules & Regulations

Dear Residents –
We are so glad that many of you have been enjoying the pool and surrounding area so far this summer! We wanted to briefly remind all residents about some of the pool rules & regulations:

– You are allowed no more than four (4) guests at one time

– All pool guests must park in the designated guest parking areas – These are located across from Building 16 and to the right of the Complex exit. Please do not have your guests park in front of the Buildings

– Please do not bring food, drinks, or coolers inside of the pool area

– Please refrain from playing any sports, throwing balls, running, or jumping in the pool area

– Please be sure to wear proper swim attire while at the pool

Please be sure to follow these rules & regulations for the pool area, so that all Residents can enjoy use of the pool, and have a fun & safe time.

Winter Parking

Dear Residents:

We want to thank you for bearing with us during this period of record snowfall! We are working as fast as we can to clean up the parking lot in between each storm, and we appreciate your cooperation in moving your cars so that we are able to clear out the parking spaces.

We ask that especially during the next few months, if you have any visitor to the complex, that they park in one of the two designated “Guest Parking Areas”. We want to make sure that all tenants are able to park close to their Buildings, and having guests park in the guest spaces will help them do that. The two “Guest Parking” areas are in front of Building #17 and to the right of Building #30, next to the exit.

GlenBrook Estates Parking Lot

Dear Residents:

Please inform any visitors that you have to the complex that they must park in the visitor parking areas after 5:00 P.M. on weekdays, any time during the weekend, and overnight. This allows residents to park in front of their own building.

In addition, please take caution while driving through the parking lot.  Take heed of the parking and one way signs – Please enter and exit the complex correctly.
